The first grandchild (along with her twin brother Caleb)of Jim and Christine Bjornstad . Born to Jessica Bjornstad on 4/3/09 suffering from Renal(kidney) failure.

June 10 Gabriella is home!!!
Gabriella is finally out of the hospital and home with her brother Caleb and mom Jessica. Her bedroom is a little crowded with medical equipment and suplies but at least it's home.
